Delivered for Lendlease over a 15-month construction program, the Palmerston Regional Hospital project involved delivery of a substantial Roofing  and Cladding package supporting construction of a major regional healthcare facility in the Northern Territory.

The scope comprised SteelRib roof sheeting and a combination of external wall cladding, comprising of Custom Orb and Spandeck metal cladding systems, Exotec Express Wall  compressed fibre cement cladding, and Alucobond aluminium composite systems. Associated works included installation of stainless steel gutters and downpipes, together with Kingspan Kooltherm K10 and K17 insulation boards to achieve project-specific thermal and compliance requirements.

Project delivery was undertaken under sustained programme pressure and across multiple wet season periods, requiring disciplined staging, proactive planning, and constantly changing site conditions to maintain progress despite challenging weather conditions. Careful sequencing of Roof and Wall Cladding activities, combined with consistent quality assurance and coordination with adjacent trades, ensured the external envelope was delivered in line with Tier 1 performance, durability, and programme expectations.
