Delivered for Lendlease over a 9-month construction program, this package formed part of critical infrastructure upgrades within a secure operational defence environment at Delamere Air Weapons Range.
Materials installed included Trimdek and Spandek roof sheeting, Trimdek wall cladding, and Spandek / Mini Orb soffit systems, and incorporated Ashgrid Roof spacer systems to achieve required Section J energy efficiency compliance, while nominated secure-zone buildings required security sheeting to satisfy heightened defence security standards.
Project delivery was undertaken under demanding remote-area conditions, including 3:1 workforce roster with multiple work crews to achieve a continuous construction program, including a wet season, with program performance maintained to meet principal contractor delivery objectives.
