A highly complex roofing and cladding project defined by its unique architectural form, raking façades, and challenging access conditions. The works required precise coordination, strict programming, and a strong focus on detail to deliver across multiple interfacing systems and trades
Standout features include installation of the Internal atrium Perforated Cladding , Entrance Aramax Roof Sheeting, Snapseam Wall Cladding and Triple Stage Louvers were all part of our Scope of Works
The most technically demanding element was the fully welded stainless-steel drainage system, including 150mm diameter downpipes with multiple offset welded junctions collecting water across 7 separate levels.
This was complemented by the installation of 500mm diameter stainless-steel downpipes—an unprecedented scale in this application—setting a new benchmark for complexity and workmanship.
Having dedicated and skilled Site Supervisors and Tradesman was key to delivering this project, that is reflected a high level of innovation, precision, and construction capability.
